Junk Removal Pricing FAQs

Common questions about junk removal, pricing, scheduling, and what we can and can’t take. If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to reach out for more details.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on truck space used. We offer tiered pricing (up to 1/8 truck, up to 1/4 truck, etc.). Once your load exceeds a pricing tier, it moves to the next tier. This keeps pricing fair, consistent, and easy to understand.

Our minimum pickup is $150, which covers up to 1/8 of a truck load. This includes labor, hauling, and standard disposal.

Unless otherwise stated, all household junk, furniture, yard debris, construction debris, and general items are included in our volume pricing. We do not charge extra for common items like couches, mattresses, dressers, or electronics when they are part of a standard load.

Yes. Refrigerators and freezers require special handling and EPA-compliant refrigerant disposal.

  • Appliance-only pickup: $225 flat rate

  • When included in a larger load: $150 disposal fee per unit (in addition to volume pricing)

Appliances still count toward truck space because they take up room in the truck.

Volume pricing covers truck space, labor, and hauling. Appliance fees cover special disposal requirements and environmental handling. These are separate costs, and this approach is standard in the junk removal industry.

Yes. Tires require special disposal.

  • Car or light truck tires: $40 each

  • Oversized or commercial tires: Quote required

The following items typically require a quote due to weight, size, or complexity:

  • Concrete, dirt, gravel, or heavy masonry
  • Hot tub removal
  • Shed removal or demolition
  • Oversized or specialty items

Our pricing is based on space used in the truck, not how tightly items are packed. Once a load exceeds a tier, it moves to the next tier. This ensures fairness and consistency for all customers.

No. Our pricing includes labor, hauling, and standard disposal. Any special fees (such as appliances or tires) are clearly explained upfront.
