No. Plenty of our storage unit cleanout jobs are booked by people who live out of state or can’t take time off. Give us the gate code and unit number, or arrange access through the facility office, and we’ll send photos when the unit is empty.
It depends on volume, not on the size of the unit you rented. Items that need special disposal, like tires, are priced separately, and anything weight-based needs a quote. The pricing page lists every tier so you can estimate before you call.
We sort every load. Furniture and household goods that are still usable go to local donation partners, metals go to recycling, and only what can’t be reused or recycled goes to the landfill. If there are items you specifically want donated rather than dumped, tell the crew before we start loading.

The process itself is governed by Arizona’s self-service storage statute and by your facility’s own agreement, so confirm the unit is legally clear to empty before we’re scheduled.
Usually not. Facility dumpsters are sized for the office and the breezeways, and many rental agreements specifically prohibit disposing of unit contents in them. Check your agreement before you start hauling things across the lot.
