Flood Debris Removal in the Verde Valley

Walking back into a flooded home is hard. The carpet squishes underfoot, the couch is soaked through, and things you kept for years are sitting in mud. You don’t have to carry any of it out yourself.

As soon as it’s safe to go back inside, Bella Junk Removal hauls out the wet furniture, carpet, pad and torn out drywall so your home can start drying. We work before or alongside your restoration company, anywhere in the Verde Valley. Call (928) 395-6441. We answer 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.

Why Speed Matters After a Flood

Wet carpet, pad, drywall and upholstered furniture hold water. As long as they stay in the house, the rooms stay damp, and damp rooms are where mold gets started. The EPA says water damaged areas and items should be dried within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth.

Getting the soaked material out is one of the first steps in drying a house. Fans and dehumidifiers work better once it’s gone. That’s the part we handle. We carry it out, load it into our dump truck and trailer, and take it off your property.

We’re insured and based in Camp Verde, so we’re close by when the water comes up.

Call Us as Soon as It Is Safe to Go Back In

You don’t need to wait until the house is dry. Once the power has been shut off or checked and the floors are safe to walk on, we can start hauling out what’s ruined. A good plan is to call us the same day you call your restoration company. We’ll work before they arrive or right alongside their crew.

To be clear about what we do: we’re a junk removal company. We don’t do water extraction, drying or mold remediation. If there’s standing water or you can see mold, a restoration company should handle that part. We handle the hauling so it doesn’t slow anyone down.

Where Flood Damaged Items End Up

Honestly, most things that sat in floodwater can’t be saved. Upholstered furniture, mattresses and carpet soak up dirty water and usually have to go to the landfill.

Hard items that only got splashed, like metal shelving, some tools and solid wood pieces, can sometimes be cleaned and kept. If you want to keep something, set it aside and tell the crew. If something is in good shape and you don’t want it, we look at donation or resale. Metal goes to a local scrap yard.

What a Flood Haul Out Looks Like

From your first call to an empty driveway.

Call and send photos

Tell us which rooms flooded and what has to go. Photos of the piles and the rooms help us bring enough truck space.

Pick a time

We set a time around your schedule, and around your restoration crew if you have one. We work 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.

Walk through

Our crew looks at the materials and how we will get them out, then gives you the price. You decide before anything is loaded.

Out the door

We carry the wet, heavy stuff out from wherever it sits and do a basic sweep of the loading area when it is safe to.

Off your property

You pay when the work is done. Anything that can go to donation, resale or scrap gets pulled out, and the rest goes to the landfill.

Flood Damaged Items We Haul Out

If it soaked up water and needs to leave the house, we can usually take it once it is safe to reach. Common loads include:

  • Water damaged couches, chairs, tables and dressers
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Wet carpet and pad, once it has been pulled up
  • Drywall and insulation that has already been cut out
  • Cabinets and vanities that have been removed
  • Washers, dryers, refrigerators and other appliances
  • Boxes, clothing, toys and stored household items
  • Flooded garage and storage unit contents
  • Mud and silt that has been shoveled into piles or bags, quoted separately

Mud, dirt, gravel and very heavy debris are quoted separately because weight matters. Give us a rough idea of how much when you call.

Photograph Everything Before It Leaves

Before a single item goes in our truck, walk through and take photos and video of the damage: the water line on the walls, each ruined piece of furniture, the carpet before it’s rolled up, and the make, model and serial number on damaged appliances and electronics. Once something is hauled away, you can’t go back and photograph it.

If you have flood insurance, talk to your adjuster before we haul. The FEMA flood claims checklist says not to throw anything out before the adjuster sees it, unless it’s a health hazard or local law requires it, and to keep samples of carpet or flooring to show the adjuster. Our flood cleanup guide walks through it. We can’t give insurance advice, so check with your insurer about what they need. Our crew will gladly wait while you take pictures.

Flood Recovery Resources in the Verde Valley

The 2026 flooding hit Camp Verde, Sedona, Cottonwood and nearby communities hard. These resources may help:

The town, county and FEMA resources are run by those agencies. We’re not affiliated with them.

How Flood Cleanup Is Priced

Most flood loads are priced by how much room they take up in our truck. Wet material is much heavier than dry, so mud, dirt, gravel, soaked drywall and other very heavy loads get a separate quote. Either way, you hear the price before we load anything.

We take credit cards, cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and tap to pay. Payment plans are available through Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay, subject to approval. Our pricing page explains how it works.
